30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page
